iPhone 4 Overview
iPhone 4, launched on June 24, 2010, is a top-tier and expensive mobile phone by Apple. It is available in Black, and White colour.
In terms of the display, the iPhone 4 boasts a 3.5-inch Retina (widescreen) with IPS Technology display featuring Multi-touch, LED-backlit, and Fingerprint-resistant. It offers a resolution of 960 x 640 pixels, providing 326 pixels per inch.
The iPhone 4 is powered by a Single Core Apple A4 processor coupled with a PowerVR (SGX535) GPU. It comes with 512MB RAM of type LPDDR2 and 32GB, 16GB, 8GB of built-in storage. The handset lacks the option of additional storage via a memory card.
As regards cameras, the iPhone 4 comes with:
- A single camera on the front side comprising of 0.3MP.
- Some of the features of the front camera are Facetime.
- A single camera on the rear side featuring 5MP sensor. The aperture of the rear camera lens is f/2.8.
- Some of the features of the back camera are Optical Zoom, and Digital Zoom.
The iPhone 4 runs iOS 4.0 operating system. It also supports Micro-SIM.
iPhone 4 is backed by a 1420mAh Fixed battery which does not support fast charging or wireless charging. It supports different sensors such as Accelerometer, Three-axis gyro, Ambient Light Sensor, and Proximity sensor and Backside Illumination.
The iPhone 4 weighs 137 grams and measures 4.54 x 2.31 x 0.37 inches (height x width x thickness). The build materials include Front (Glass), Back (Glass) and Sides (Stainless Steel).
The connectivity options of iPhone 4 include Bluetooth (2.1), Wi-Fi, GPS, 2G / GSM / GPRS, 3G / HSPA / CDMA, and Micro-SIM for Calls / SMS / Data.
