Infinix is preparing to launch the Note 50 series, and the official teaser has already confirmed the launch date. However, the company has not revealed many details. The teaser only highlights that Infinix AI will be the main feature of the Infinix Note 50 devices this year. Here’s what we know so far.

Infinix Note 50 Launch Date & Teaser

The new Infinix Note 50 lineup will be officially unveiled on March 3, as confirmed on social media. The teaser features the phrase ‘Infinix AI’ in bold, placed next to a stylish Note 50 smartphone. However, it does not provide any details about the AI model, its features, or how it works. But a recent leak has now revealed some important information.

Infinix AI & DeepSeek R1 Integration

According to a reliable source, Infinix AI will not use the usual GPT models for voice assistance. Instead, it will feature DeepSeek R1, a powerful AI model that has recently broken download records on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

DeepSeek R1 is a next-generation Large Language Model (LLM) introduced just a few months ago. It competes directly with OpenAI’s GPT-4o, making it highly advanced and popular. If the reports are true, Infinix could be the first major Chinese smartphone brand to integrate DeepSeek R1 into its voice assistant system.

How DeepSeek R1 Improves Infinix AI?

Previously, Infinix phones came with Folax, a built-in voice assistant in the XOS UI. However, Folax had limited functionality and was not very useful for users. With the DeepSeek R1 upgrade, Folax AI will be much more advanced, capable of competing with Google Gemini and Samsung Bixby.

Insiders claim that Folax-DeepSeek R1 has already been tested internally and delivered impressive results. This AI upgrade could significantly enhance the user experience for upcoming Infinix smartphones.

Faster & Smarter AI Assistance

The new Folax AI with DeepSeek R1 is completely different from the older version. It can process voice commands quickly, understand complex questions, and provide faster responses. Since it is powered by R1 technology, it functions beyond a regular voice assistant.

👉Summoning Infinix AI Assistant

Like previous versions, users can activate the Folax AI assistant using voice commands or the power button. According to leaks, Infinix AI will officially debut on February 26. The company is expected to announce DeepSeek R1 integration for the Infinix Note 50 Pro and other models in the series.

Since the launch date is close, we can expect more updates about Infinix AI features in the coming days. Stay tuned for the latest news!
