Samsung has achieved parity with Apple in customer satisfaction for personal computers in the US, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). Both companies received a score of 83 points in ACSI's 2022-2023 House Appliance and Electronics Study, marking a significant shift from Apple's long-standing lead. Samsung's satisfaction levels increased despite an overall decrease in customer satisfaction with personal computers. The improvement is attributed to recent offerings such as the Galaxy Tab S9 series tablets and Galaxy Book 3 series laptops.
