Poco X3 Pro Overview
Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro, launched on March 24, 2021, is an affordable entry-level smartphone by Xiaomi. It is available in Frost Blue, Phantom Black, and Metal Bronze colour.
In terms of the display, the Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro boasts a 6.67-inch IPS LCD display featuring HDR10, Corning Gorilla Glass 6, DotDisplay, 120Hz RR, and 240Hz TSR. It offers a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, providing 395 pixels per inch.
The Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro is powered by a Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 processor coupled with a Adreno 640 GPU. It comes with 6GB, 8GB of RAM and 128GB, 256GB of built-in storage. The handset supports the installation of additional storage via a memory card.
As regards cameras, the Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro comes with:
- A single camera on the front side comprising of 20MP. The aperture of the front camera lens is f/2.2.
- Some of the features of the front camera are Panorama, Wide Angle, Face Unlock, Selfie Mode, Portrait, and HDR.
- A quad camera setup on the rear side featuring 48MP, 8MP, 2MP and 2MP sensors. The apertures of the rear camera lenses are f/1.8, f/2.2, f/2.4 and f/2.4.
- Some of the features of the back camera are Wide Angle, Ultrawide Angle, Macro Camera, Depth Camera, HDR, LED Flash, Panorama, Portrait, Slow Motion, Time Lapse, PDAF, Dual Video, AI cameras, and Night mode.
The Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro runs Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 operating system. It also supports Hybrid Dual (Nano SIM).
Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro is backed by a 5160mAh Non-removable (Li-Poly) battery which supports fast charging but does not have an option for wireless charging. The security features built inside the handset include Touch ID and Face ID. It supports different sensors such as Accelerometer, proximity, gyro, fingerprint, and compass.
The Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro weighs 215 grams and measures 6.51 x 3.02 x 0.37 inches (height x width x thickness). The build materials include Front (Glass), Black (Glass) and Sides (Plastic).
The connectivity options of Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro include Bluetooth (5.0), Wi-Fi, NFC, USB, GPS, 2G / GSM / GPRS, 3G / HSPA / CDMA, 4G / LTE, and Hybrid Dual (Nano SIM) for Calls / SMS / Data.
I had my Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro for about 2 weeks now and I love it. I started using it as an upgrade to my old Xaiomi phone which broke after dropping on the floor for the umpteenth time, and all I can say is that this one is so much better than its predecessor in every way imaginable!
