As anticipation builds for Samsung's upcoming mid-range smartphone, the Galaxy A55, recent revelations from GalaxyClub shed light on crucial specifications. With the A55 expected to make its debut around March next year, these findings provide a glimpse of what's to come. Inside sources have unveiled details about the device's System-on-Chip (SoC) and main camera.

The Galaxy A55 is currently undergoing internal testing with an intriguing SoC bearing the model number S5E8845. It is highly speculated that this mysterious chipset is none other than the yet-to-be-announced Exynos 1480. This deduction arises from the fact that the Exynos 1380 and 1280 are associated with model numbers S5E8835 and S5E8825, respectively, powering the Galaxy A54 and A53.

What makes the Exynos 1480 particularly intriguing is the possibility of it incorporating an AMD GPU. An earlier rumor from this month suggests a close collaboration between Samsung and AMD to integrate AMD graphics, potentially enhancing performance in image processing and AI-driven tasks. It's important to note that this rumor remains unverified at this time.

Lastly, the leaked information indicates continuity in the camera department, with the Galaxy A55 expected to feature the same 50MP primary camera as its predecessor. While other details about the device are still under wraps, these insights offer a promising glimpse into Samsung's upcoming mid-range offering.
