The vivo X100 series is rumored to be launched soon, and the latest listing on the China Compulsory Certification (3C) website reveals that the X100 Pro will support 120W charging. This is a significant upgrade from the 80W charging supported by the vivo X90 Pro+.
Popular Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station has claimed that the vivo X100 Pro will have a curved front panel with 1220p resolution and a 5,100 mAh battery.
According to Digital Chat Station, the vanilla vivo X100 will have two variants - one with a curved panel, 5,400 mAh battery, 100W wired and 50W wireless charging, and another one with a flat OLED display, smaller battery and 120W charging.
Rumors suggest that the vivo X100 Pro may feature satellite connectivity, similar to what other major companies are doing with their flagships. This would allow users to make calls and send messages even in areas without cellular service.
All vivo X100 models are expected to feature a new customized version of the Sony LYT800 sensor, adapted specifically to vivo’s requirements. The 1/1.43” sensor has 53 MP resolution and the trendy new stacked design.
It is important to note that all of this information is still based on rumors and leaks. vivo has not yet officially confirmed any of the features mentioned above.
