Honor Magic 5

The Honor Magic5 is a low cost entry-level mobile phone by Honor. The device is driven by an Octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, complemented by an Adreno 740. The Honor Magic5 runs Android 13 with MagicOS 7.1 operating system. It is available in Glacier Blue, Black, Green, Purple, and Orange colour.

The Honor Magic5 boasts a 6.73-inch OLED display featuring 1B colors, HDR10+, and 120Hz Refresh Rate. It offers a resolution of 1224 x 2688 pixels, providing 439 pixels per inch.

Honor Magic5 comes with 12GB of RAM and storage capacity of 256GB. The handset lacks the option of additional storage via a memory card.

As regards cameras, the Honor Magic5 comes with:

• A single camera on the front side comprising of 12MP. The aperture of the front camera lens is f/2.4.
• Some of the features of the front camera include Ultrawide Angle.
• A triple camera setup on the rear side featuring 54MP, 32MP and 50MP sensors. The apertures of the rear camera lenses are f/1.9, f/2.4 and f/2.0.
• Some of the features of the back camera include Wide Angle, Autofocus, Ultrawide Angle, Telephoto Lens, Optical Zoom, HDR, LED flash, and Panorama.

Honor Magic5 is backed by a 5100mAh Non-removable (Li-Po) battery which supports fast charging but does not have an option for wireless charging.

The security features built inside the handset include Touch ID and Face ID. It also packs different sensors such as Fingerprint, Gyro, Accelerometer, Compass, Proximity, and Color Spectrum.

The Honor Magic5 weighs 191 grams and measures 6.35 x 2.97 x 0.31 inches (height x width x thickness). The build materials include Front (Glass), Sides (Aluminum) and Back (Glass/Leather).

The connectivity options of Honor Magic5 include Bluetooth (5.2), Wi-Fi, NFC, USB, GPS, 2G / GSM / GPRS, 3G / HSPA / CDMA, 4G / LTE, 5G and Single (Nano-SIM) or Dual (Nano-SIM) for Calls / SMS / Data.
