The Realme GT Neo 3T is a mid-range excellence delivering top-quality features by Realme. The device is driven by an Octa-core Snapdragon 870 processor, complemented by an Adreno 650. The Realme GT Neo 3T runs Android 12 with upgradable to Android 13 with Realme UI 4.0 operating system. It is available in Drifting White, Shade Black, and Dash Yellow colour.

The Realme GT Neo 3T boasts a 6.62-inch AMOLED display featuring 120Hz Refresh Rate, and FHD+. It offers a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, providing 398 pixels per inch.

Realme GT Neo 3T comes with 6GB, 8GB of RAM and storage capacity of 128GB, 256GB. The handset supports the installation of additional storage via a memory card.
