The Infinix Hot 20 Play is a low cost entry-level mobile phone by Infinix. The device is driven by an Octa-core Mediatek Helio G37 processor, complemented by a PowerVR GE8320. The Infinix Hot 20 Play runs Android 12 with XOS 10.6 operating system. It is available in Luna Blue, Racing Black, Fantasy Purple, and Aurora Green colour.

The Infinix Hot 20 Play boasts a 6.82-inch IPS LCD display featuring 90Hz Refresh Rate. It offers a resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels, providing 263 pixels per inch.

Infinix Hot 20 Play comes with 4GB of RAM and storage capacity of 64GB, 128GB. The handset supports the installation of additional storage via a memory card.
